Here’s how it works: once an RFP has been submitted and a hotel rate accepted, the information is instantly available in the online preferred rate directory.
Changes to a hotel program throughout the year, including additions or deletions, are kept current without having to enlist the services of any additional IT support. The directory is always updated in real time.
Our mapping utilizes Google Maps technology which offers a number of advanced features. Using City Search, users can quickly find preferred hotels and company office locations (facilities) within a chosen mile radius of the selected city or geographic point of interest (such as an airport).
